WAAS CORP INDONESIA merupakan holding company Perusahaan Induk yang didirikan oleh Bapak Annes Alexander Yunius Waas, S.H., M.M. pada tanggal 27 Mei 2015. Sebagai perusahaan induk, Waas Corp Indonesia menaungi dan mengendalikan sejumlah anak perusahaan yang bergerak di berbagai bidang usaha. Peran holding company tidak hanya sekadar sebagai pemilik saham mayoritas, tetapi juga sebagai pengarah strategi, pengelola aset, serta pemberi dukungan manajerial dan finansial bagi setiap anak perusahaan agar dapat berkembang secara optimal.
